1. What Addiction Breaker is

A support app to help you quit bad habits in 90 days, provided by GrowthPowerment LLC. For adults 18 and over only.

2. Medical disclaimer

Addiction Breaker is a digital habit-tracking and self-help tool built on its own advanced methodology. It is not a medical device or a medical or psychological service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder or addiction, and it never replaces diagnosis, advice or treatment from a doctor, psychologist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Quitting an addiction requires medical or professional advice. Before starting or changing any process to stop a substance or behavior, talk to a professional, especially if you have withdrawal symptoms, use alcohol or other substances daily, take medication, or have any physical or mental health condition.

Stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines (such as diazepam, lorazepam or alprazolam) or other sedatives or similar substances abruptly can be dangerous (tremors, seizures, delirium) and should be done under medical supervision. Don't stop or change any medication without talking to your doctor.

The app's content, plans, phases, estimates and responses, including the AI assistant "Psico AI," are general guidance only, can be wrong and may not suit your situation. Psico AI is an automated system, not a healthcare professional.

You use the app at your own responsibility. GrowthPowerment LLC does not guarantee any specific result: every journey is different.

3. Pro plan and subscriptions

Pro is paid through your Apple or Google account. The price and duration are shown before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings.
Refunds are handled by the store (Apple or Google) under its own rules.
Assistant gems are one-time purchases: they are stored on your phone and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for illegal purposes or try to harm the service, bypass limits or use the assistant for anything unrelated to your journey.

5. Your data

Governed by our Privacy Policy. Your progress is stored on your phone: if you delete it or switch phones without a backup, it may be lost.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the app working well, but we don't guarantee specific results. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

Purchases on iPhone are also governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
